My first contact with Central Heating and Air Conditioning was around 1972, when I ought my first home and has continued uninterrupted to this day in my fourth home. I have had nothing but excellent, honest service over the years. Most recently, I called Central when my condenser went out on the Friday before a Monday July 4th holiday with temperatures soaring in the 90s. The call was answered by a friendly woman who empathized with my situation and arranged for the Senior Technician, Chris, to come out within a few hours. As he has in the past, Chris diagnosed the problem and repaired it that day. We trust Chris completely. Not only is he extremely skilled, he is always pleasant and never tries to get us to buy unnecessary services. We have also been pleased with the services of a young technician named Derrick, who is our regular serviceman. When we have had a problem with our 24 year old system, he has responded quickly to get our unit working again. We realize we will need a new air conditioning system in the not so distant future and we will definitely have Central install it.
