I called to get an estimate to have my air ducts cleaned, as I was getting quotes from different companies. When I called to get an estimate, Michelle said that a tech would come out to my house at no charge and work up an estimate after he inspected my ducts. Mike was my tech and discovered that I didn't need to have my ducts cleaned, because they were in good shape. He offered a system I could install on my unit that would prevent me from changing my filters every month if I was interested. I am definitely using this company in the future and recommending them to people I know. Not only did he do the inspection for free, I felt he was honest in his opinion that my ducts were clean. Another company could have told me I needed to have my ducts cleaned just to make money. I really appreciated his honesty.
