Community Involvement
We take great pride in our connection to our community, and are always searching for new ways to make those relationships stronger.
Throughout the years Central Heating and Air Conditioning has been known for keeping the people of Atlanta comfortable. We are equally dedicated to improving people’s lives. Our commitment involves lending a helping hand to local school athletic clubs and organizations, individuals and families in need, as well as working with national organizations such as Habitat for Humanity. One of our core principles is to give back to our community and this premise is deeply embedded in our culture and is part of who we are and what we represent.
We are proud of the programs and partnerships we have been associated with that have touched so many lives throughout the Metro Atlanta area, and the employees of Central Heating and Air Conditioning who have given generously of themselves in support of our goals.

Covenant House of Georgia >>
Central Heating and Air Conditioning actively supports the Covenant House of Georgia in their mission to provide housing and supportive services to youth facing homelessness. They help young people transform their lives and put them on a path to independence.
Central participated this summer in assisting the Women’s Auxiliary at the Covenant House with our friends at Atlanta Eats in planning for and supporting the inaugural “Kick off for Covenant House” fundraiser. We greatly enjoyed working the Women’s Auxiliary on this project and plan to support this excellent cause for many years to come. Please support the Covenant House in their mission to help Atlanta’s youth.
Random Act of Kindness >>
As a random act of kindness, Central provided Valerie Durham, a breast cancer survivor from Lithonia, GA, with a new air conditioning system. She had this to say:
“All I keep saying over and over again is “Unbelievable”. The kindness and generosity of Central Heating and Air Conditioning is mind blowing. Here I was a perfect stranger and there was Central Heating and Air Conditioning at my doorsteps to offer their support. It’s just amazing. If you haven’t gone through it, you can’t imagine how awful Chemotherapy treatments can be. It was only made worse by having to face 90 degree temperatures with a broken down air conditioner. I can’t tell you how happy I am to have those days behind me. Not only was I provided a brand new Carrier air conditioning/heating system, they actually installed it right on the spot! Last night was one of the best sleeps I’ve had in a very long time. Words cannot express my gratitude. Central Heating and Air Conditioning – you are the Best! Valerie Durham”
