Steve took care of my maintenance today. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He noticed the igniter on my downstairs unit was nearing end of life, and we made the decision to replace. He did some troubleshooting on my upstairs unit and Infinity thermostat and left everything in perfect order. He suggest a whole-house humidifier, which I will strongly. consider. I’m very happy with Steve’s work and with his recommendations.
