When his repair failed a few hours later, Matt was back before the end of the day, determined to find the problem. He continued to troubleshoot without growing frustrated and was eventually able to locate the issue. His dedication to finding the problem with my AC unit, without letting a customer wait any longer than necessary for repairs was remarkable.
