I want to write this to let you know that your service technician, Chris, was great! Your company gave me a rapid response to my service problem and handled everything in a professional manner. Chris provided excellent service, was courteous, and polite! He had a complete understanding of the reason my system was broken. It has been working great since he fixed it. He knew what he was doing and was delightful to deal with. He's a very friendly person and an asset to Central Heating and Air Conditioning. Thanks for your getting someone out on the same day to fix my broken AC unit.
P.S. He did a great job dealing with my "Crazy" dogs!
